Our terms and conditions are the same as most small companies - we don't do refunds as we are not a multi-million pound company but we will exchange. We strive to give our customers an excellent service but sometimes things beyond our control go wrong and, although we do our best to put things right, it doesn't please everyone all of the time. Things do break and we can't always be responsible for them - a £1.00 latch won't last forever and will dry out, especially in a centrally heated property, we always try our best.
